This Privacy Policy applies to ex.gold, including marketplace pages, vendor storefronts, account features, enquiry flows, support channels, live-rate displays and related services.
It does not replace privacy notices from sellers, payment providers, logistics providers or other third parties. If you interact with a seller through ex.gold, that seller may separately decide how it handles your information.
Where a seller enters, uploads or publishes personal data through seller tools, that seller is generally responsible for deciding why and how that data is used. We process it to provide, secure and support the marketplace service.

We may process seller inventory and storefront data from connected tools such as stock.ex.gold where needed to publish, update, moderate, secure and support marketplace listings.
